Beautiful. Jealous. I know it may be hard to believe when you're shoveling snow for 3 hours, but it looks brilliant. Am sure I'll be bitching in 12 months time...

Yah, the snow is amazing. And living by a brook has been so calming. The only thing is the ice. Shovelling, not so bad. Chipping ice of a gravel driveway, well...

Anyway, perhaps the nicest thing is not being able to hear our neighbours anymore - parties, loud walkers on hardwood floors, that sort of thing. It's all silence, all the time, baby.
